Q:  Do you offer Export Analysis?

A:   Export analysis is handled through the Vinquiry's ISO-accredited lab in Windsor, CA.  Please consult the the Analytical Services pageof enartisvinquiry.com for options and details.

Q:  What tests can you run?

A:  Juice Panels, Chem Panels, Glu+Fru, Malic, Ethanol - key tests for maintaining a proactive, quality assurance-based winemaking production environment.  See the Services  page for current list of analyses and pricing.

Q:  What if I need a test that you don't run at your lab?

A:  Not a problem. Expanded analysis is offered through Vinquiry's fully-capable lab in Windsor, CA.  Simply drop off your samples at Core Enology and we'll take care of the rest (expedited sample shipping is provided at no charge to you.)  Information on the full range of Vinquiry's analytical capabilities is available through the Analytical Services page of enartisvinquiry.com.

Q:  How much sample volume is required?

A:   For Chemistry Panels and Juice Panels please submit one 50mL tube per sample.  For analyses run at the Vinquiry lab please consult Vinquiry's list of analsyes for sample volume requirements.

Q:  Do you sell lab supplies and equipment?

A:  Davison Winery Supplies carries a full range of lab supplies, instrumentation, and reagents - visit dwinesupplies.com to browse their selection or email Davisons with specific questions.

Q:  Do you provide sampling supplies? 

A:  Yes, we provide 50mL tubes and sample labels free of charge.

Q:  What are your hours of operation?

A:  Normal hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm.  During the harvest season we're open 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 3pm


Q:  How will I receive my reports and invoices?

A:  Your reports and invoices will be sent in pdf format via email. Payment can be made by check or credit card.

Q:  Your panel pricing is really low - why?

A:  We want to create a strong incentive to run full panels on each sample.  By running more full panels over the course of the winemaking cycle, we believe you'll be able to identify and correct small issues before they become frustrating (and expensive) problems.

Q:  Where are you located?
A:  We are located inside the Davison Winery Supplies building, 1819 North Baker Street, McMinnville, OR 97128.

Q:  Can you help me with my own in-house lab?

A:  To help wineries get the most out of their in-house capabilities, onsite training sessions and instrument installation services are available through Core Enology Group. Please contact Corey Guinnee for specific information on availability and cost.

Q:  What is the code for the after-hours drop box?

A:   2142 followed by the star key.

Q:  Do you run a courier service?

A:  Yes we offer courier service during the harvest season.  You can find more information about our courier on the Courier & Drop-box  page  of the website.
