A: In the wine lab of yesteryear every parameter had to be run as a separate analysis. Today's sophisticated modern wine analyzers generate a powerful amount of data in a single pass. We choose to treat that data as a single analysis from a billing standpoint. This hopefully incentivizes you to run more analysis, keep a closer eye on your product, and ensure it stays on track from start to finish.

A: To help wineries get the most out of their in-house capabilities, onsite training sessions and instrument installation services are available through Core Enology Group. Please contact Corey Guinnee for specific information on availability and cost.
A: For Wine and Juice Panels as well as Heat Stability samples please submit one 50mL tube per sample. For Cold Stability Check samples a minimum of 250mL is required.

A: Juice Panels, Chem Panels, Glu+Fru, Malic, Ethanol - key tests for maintaining a proactive, quality assurance-based winemaking production environment.
